1. Services
Coastal Bend Mold Remediation provides professional mold inspection, mold remediation, water damage restoration, and related services in Corpus Christi, TX and the surrounding Coastal Bend area. All services are performed by IICRC-certified specialists following industry-standard protocols.
2. Free Inspections
We offer free visual mold inspections to homeowners in our service area. Free inspections do not include laboratory testing, which may be recommended for an additional fee. The free inspection does not create any obligation to purchase services.
3. Estimates and Pricing
Following an inspection, we provide a written estimate detailing the scope of work and associated costs. Pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of the estimate. Any additional work required beyond the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.
4. Warranty
We back our remediation work with a 12-month warranty. If mold returns within the warranty period in the treated area, we will return to remediate at no additional charge, provided the original moisture source has been addressed and no new water events have occurred.
5. Insurance
We work directly with all major insurance carriers and can assist with the claims process. However, we cannot guarantee insurance coverage, as coverage depends on your individual policy and the cause of the mold or water damage. The homeowner is ultimately responsible for payment regardless of insurance outcomes.
6. Emergency Response
We offer 24/7 emergency response with a target on-site arrival of 60 minutes or less. Response times may vary depending on weather conditions, call volume, and location. Emergency services may incur additional fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
Coastal Bend Mold Remediation is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden mold not detected during inspection, or mold recurrence caused by unresolved moisture sources outside the scope of our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
